Meet your instructor, Julie Falconer.

Julie is a London-based influencer and speaker. She runs one of the UK's top blogs, A Lady in London, which she founded in 2007 and has been running as a full-time business since 2010. Through it she has built an engaged following on Instagram. Esquire has listed her as one of Instagram’s 20 Coolest Travel Photographers, Harper’s Bazaar has featured her as one of its 17 Must-Follow Travel Accounts on Instagram, the Mail Online has highlighted her as an Instagram account that will inspire you to travel the world, Stylist has listed her as one of the most wanderlust-worthy women to follow on Instagram, and BuzzFeed has named her the top female travel Instagrammer.


Julie is also a public speaker and lectures about blogging and social media all over the world. Originally from San Francisco, Julie attended Brown University and came to the UK in 2007 after leaving a career in finance, during which she worked for Goldman Sachs and a hedge fund.
